WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE MY CHIROPRACTIC EXAMINATION?
After a free consultation with the Doctor, a prospective patient may elect to scheule a Structural Chiropractic Correction examination. The decision is yours and there is never any pressure. The Structural Chiropractic Correction examination is comprehensive, which means that you should safely plan on allotting no less than 60 minutes of your time.
Also at Precision Chiropractic, all examinations are done by Dr. Dimos, not an assistant or technician. We believe that the person you entrust all of your detailed health information to should have the most training and expertise. That’s another thing that sets us apart from most other offices, you won’t just simply get a quick “hello” (if that) from the Doctor then be left with a technician to gather every last detail about your health challenge (not to mention pay the same price for an examination done by one.) Additionally, we utilize state of the art equipment that isn’t available in traditional chiropractic offices. This ensures that we meticulously measure and quantify various components of a Structural Shift, because if you don’t measure it, how can you properly manage it? At Precision Chiropractic, we feel having all aspects of your exam performed by the Doctor is just “good doctoring” and that’s the high standard to which we hold all of our patient care.
What to expect in our Structural Correction Examination:
3D Digital Structural Analysis with Report
Full Spine Thermographic Scanning (for adults and children)
sEMG Scanning which captures neuromuscular interference (for adults and children)
GSR testing which measures the Adaptive Reserve of the Autonomic Nervous System using Heart Rate Variability (for adults and children)
Orthopedic and Neurological checks
Complete series of Structural Corrective Radiography with Specialized Analytics & Radiology Report
Imaging provided by a special partnership with Derry Imaging, Bedford. Radiographs are ordered by Dr. Dimos then the images are obtained at this facility (which is less than 1/2 mile away from our office.)
The Structural Chiropractic Correction examination is not only designed to detect and measure Structural Shifts, in adults and children, but allows for a better understanding of “normal” - and a complete understanding of the underlying cause of your condition. After your examination, you will be scheduled for a report where we will explain our findings, how we can help you, and how things work if you should decide to work with our practice. Oh and by the way, when you come for your report, you won’t be surprised to see it’s you and the Doctor. There are no group reports nor multiple reports scheduled at the same time in our practice. You won’t be placed into a room with strangers and listen to a presentation before getting to see the details revealed from your examination, again, we aren’t like most other offices.
